Mr. Chinitz has extensive experience across a broad spectrum of commercial litigation matters that includes business and partnership disputes, contract matters, employment issues, financial services disputes relating to the sale of securities and life and disability insurance, insurance coverage, real estate and construction claims.

The Firm represents business owners, corporations and partnerships, as well as individuals.
